Welcome to Evertwine. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our Inner Circle. This Privacy Policy explains how Evertwine, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"), handles your information within our ecosystem.

Age Requirement (18+)

The Services are intended solely for users who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

1. Information We Collect

We collect user data to provide a seamless, high-status experience. The specific data points we collect include:

Account & Identity: We collect your name, email address, and unique Invite Code.

Location Intelligence: With your permission, we collect your GPS coordinates to power our Interactive Map and Live Window statuses.

Subscription & Financial Data: We collect purchase history and subscription status (actual payment details are processed securely by Apple).

Device, Diagnostics & Advertising Data: We collect device identifiers (User ID, Device ID). We also collect and utilize Advertising Identifiers (IDFA or AD data) to measure engagement, optimize our aesthetic reach, and ensure our curation standards remain flawless.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third-party data brokers. Your information is used strictly for:

Curating the City: Showing you the most relevant luxury restaurants in your operating market.

Security & Access: Verifying your membership tier via our gatekeeper logic.

Concierge Communications: Reviewing support message logs to assist you.

3. Third-Party Services & Data Collectors

We utilize an elite, modern tech stack to ensure speed and security. We permit specific third-party data collectors within our app environment to help us process analytics and maintain infrastructure stability:

Infrastructure: Your data is stored securely using Supabase.

Revenue: We use Superwall to process anonymous transaction states.

Analytics: We employ third-party data collectors like PostHog for privacy-respecting application diagnostics, crash reporting, and engagement metrics.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We only share data with specialized vendors and infrastructure partners necessary to run the app. We will disclose information only if required by a specific, lawful request from public authorities.

5. Your Rights & Control (Including Deleting User Uploads)

As a member of the Inner Circle, you maintain full control over your information.

Account Deletion: You may request the immediate deletion of your data and account at any time (Available in-app under Settings and via Account Deletion Portal).

Deleting User Uploads: If you upload content (such as a profile photo or feedback), you have the absolute right to delete it. When you request deletion of your user uploads, they are permanently destroyed and erased from our databases—not just hidden from view.

6. Data Security, Retention & Private Storage Buckets

We implement a "Zero-Trust" architecture. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Storage Buckets Are Not Public: All user data, media, and uploads are stored in secured, strictly private storage buckets. Your files and data are never stored in public buckets and remain isolated behind our security protocols.

We retain data only as long as you maintain an active membership in the Inner Circle.

7. Changes to This Policy

As our platform scales, we may update this policy to reflect new features or billing mechanics. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app briefing or email.
