Welcome to Evertwine. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our Inner Circle. This Privacy Policy explains how Evertwine, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles your information within our ecosystem. By using the Evertwine app, you agree to the practices described below.

Age Requirement (18+)

The Services are intended solely for users who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. Evertwine does not knowingly collect data from or market to minors. If we discover or have reason to suspect that a member is under the age of 18, we reserve the right to immediately terminate their account and delete all associated data without notice.

1. Information We Collect

To provide a seamless, high-status experience, we collect specific data points that allow the app to function as your personal scout.

Account & Identity: We collect your name, email address, and the unique Invite Code used to "Breach" the app. This ensures the community remains curated.

Location Intelligence: With your permission, we use your GPS coordinates to power our Interactive Map and Neighborhood Enclaves. This allows us to show you the closest premium venues and their real-time "Live Window" status.

Subscription & Financial Data: While your actual payment details (like credit card numbers) are securely processed entirely by Apple, we collect purchase history, subscription tier status, and transaction receipts to grant and manage your Premium Membership access.

Device & Diagnostics Data: To maintain the integrity of our gatekeeping systems and ensure a flawless user experience, we collect device identifiers (such as User ID and Device ID), diagnostic data, and engagement metrics specifically related to our premium paywalls.

Social & Sharing: When you use our sharing features (e.g., sharing a venue profile link via iMessage), we process the metadata required to generate that secure deep link.

Usage & Vibe Analytics: We monitor which venue profiles and features are most engaged with to ensure our curation standards remain flawless.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information, contact details, or location history to third-party advertisers or data brokers. Your information is used strictly to enhance your access and experience:

Curating the City: To show you the most relevant luxury restaurants and venues in your current operating market.

Live Protocols: To provide real-time updates on dress codes, valet protocols, and "Live Window" hours.

Security, Access, & Memberships: To verify your membership tier via our secure gatekeeper logic, process your premium access, and prevent unauthorized account sharing.

Concierge Communications: When you message our support or concierge desk, you consent to our administrators reviewing those message logs to assist you.

Communication: To notify you when a new venue is inducted into the platform or when a high-priority "Scouting Intelligence" update is released.

3. Third-Party Services & Infrastructure

We utilize an elite, modern tech stack to ensure speed and security across the platform:

Infrastructure: Your data is stored securely using Supabase (our backend-as-a-service), which utilizes industry-standard encryption.

Revenue & Subscription Management: We utilize Superwall to power our Premium Membership infrastructure. Superwall processes anonymous transaction states, paywall interactions, and device identifiers to securely manage your subscription access and prevent billing errors.

Media & Mapping: Our high-fidelity B-roll and Ambience Briefs are served through optimized content delivery networks to ensure zero lag, while our location data is powered by top-tier place infrastructure.

Analytics: We use PostHog for privacy-respecting application diagnostics, app crash reporting, and engagement metrics to optimize user experience without identifying individuals to external marketing parties.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

Service Providers: We only share data with specialized vendors and infrastructure partners (such as Supabase and PostHog) necessary to run and optimize the app securely.

Legal Necessity: We will disclose information only if required by a specific, lawful request from public authorities.

The Social Protocol: When you share a venue link, you are choosing to share specific data with your personal contacts; Evertwine does not broadcast this activity publicly.

5. Your Rights & Control

As a member of the Inner Circle, you maintain full control over your information. You may request a copy of the data we hold, request the immediate deletion of your data and account, or opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

6. Data Security & Retention

We implement a "Zero-Trust" architecture: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Internal access to user data is strictly limited to authorized founding personnel. We retain data only as long as you maintain an active membership in the Inner Circle.

7. Changes to This Policy

As our platform scales and expands to new markets, so does Evertwine. We may update this policy to reflect new "Scouting" features, "Protocol" updates, or billing mechanics. We will notify you of any significant changes via an in-app briefing or via email.
