Welcome to Evertwine. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "Member," "you," or "your") and Evertwine, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Evertwine," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to our mobile application and curated dossiers. By "Breaching" the app or using our Services, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Evertwine is a curated digital ledger providing intelligence on the top ten luxury venues and restaurants in San Diego, California. We provide "Ambience Briefs," "Live Windows," and "Protocol Dossiers" for informational purposes. Evertwine does not own, operate, or manage any of the venues listed.
Evertwine is a platform for discovery. While we curate with the highest standards for the San Diego Inner Circle, we cannot and do not guarantee your experience.
Venue Interactions: We hope every interaction you have is elite, but we cannot guarantee the behavior of venue staff, other patrons, or members of the public.
The Experience: We hope you have a flawless night, but we cannot guarantee the quality of service, food, or atmosphere at any venue.
Personal Safety: We hope your journey is safe, but Evertwine is not liable for any events occurring while traveling to, attending, or leaving a venue. This includes, but is not limited to, accidents, criminal acts, or any "horrific" or negative events.
Health & Wellness: Evertwine is not liable for physical illness or injury resulting from a visit to a curated venue, including cases of food poisoning, allergic reactions, or other medical issues.
By using Evertwine, you acknowledge that you visit these third-party venues at your own risk.
Invitation Only: Access to Evertwine is a privilege, not a right.
Verification: You agree to provide accurate information during your "Breach" (onboarding).
Account Security: You are responsible for the security of your device and your access to the Inner Circle. Sharing your account may result in permanent termination of your "Protocol."
Our Services contain information about third-party businesses.
Independent Entities: These restaurants are independent of Evertwine. Any disputes regarding reservations, billing, food quality, or physical safety must be handled directly with the venue.
Live Intel: While we strive for "Real-Time" accuracy, "The Window" (hours of operation) and "Protocols" (dress codes/valet) are subject to change by the venue without notice.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVERTWINE, LLC AND ITS FOUNDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES—DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL—RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR YOUR VISITS TO CURATED VENUES. THIS INCLUDES LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, FOOD POISONING, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evertwine, LLC from any claims, losses, or legal fees resulting from your breach of these Terms or your conduct at any venue discovered through the app.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Welcome to Evertwine. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our Inner Circle. This Privacy Policy explains how Evertwine, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles your information within our invite-only ecosystem. By using the Evertwine app, you agree to the practices described below.
To provide a seamless, high-status experience, we collect specific data points that allow the app to function as your personal San Diego scout.
Account & Identity: We collect your name, email address, and the unique Invite Code used to "Breach" the app. This ensures the community remains curated.
Location Intelligence: With your permission, we use your GPS coordinates to power our Interactive Map and Neighborhood Enclaves. This allows us to show you the closest "Golden Ten" venues and their real-time "Live Window" status.
Social & Sharing: When you use our "Inner Circle" sharing features (e.g., sharing a dossier link via iMessage), we process the metadata required to generate that secure deep link.
Usage & Vibe Analytics: We monitor which dossiers are most engaged with to ensure our standards remain flawless.
We don't sell your data to third-party advertisers. Your information is used strictly to enhance your access:
Curating the City: To show you the most relevant luxury restaurants in San Diego based on your current location.
Live Protocols: To provide real-time updates on dress codes, valet protocols, and "Live Window" hours.
Security & Access: To verify your membership via our secure invite-only gatekeeper logic and prevent unauthorized access to our dossiers.
Communication: To notify you when a new venue breaks into the Golden Ten or when a high-priority "Scouting Intelligence" update is released.
We utilize a "Midnight Luxe" tech stack to ensure speed and security:
Infrastructure: Your data is stored securely using Supabase (our backend-as-a-service), which utilizes industry-standard encryption.
Media: Our high-fidelity B-roll and Ambience Briefs are served through optimized content delivery networks to ensure zero lag.
Analytics: We use minimalist tools to track app performance and "vibe" adoption without identifying individual users to external parties.
Service Providers: We only share data with vendors necessary to run the app.
Legal Necessity: We will disclose information only if required by a specific, lawful request from public authorities.
The Social Protocol: When you share a dossier link, you are choosing to share specific venue data with your personal contacts; Evertwine does not broadcast this activity publicly.
As a member of the Inner Circle, you maintain full control over your information. You may request a copy of the data we hold, request the immediate deletion of your data and "Key," or opt-out of non-essential communications.
We implement a "Zero-Trust" architecture:
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Internal access to user data is strictly limited to authorized "Founding Team" personnel. We retain data only as long as you maintain an active membership in the Inner Circle.
As the city evolves, so does Evertwine. We may update this policy to reflect new "Scouting" features or "Protocol Elevations." We will notify you of any significant changes via an in-app briefing.
